I can see him being waived when the season starts. He'd likely clear waivers because he's coming off his ACL injury. He'll likely get a few games with the Wings this season when the inevitable injuries occur.

Hoggan has been a valuable guy for Grand Rapids. Good to see he's back.

I just wonder if Kenny made a big mistake in not signing McGrattan. Those 5 minutes of ice time per game could totally swing the balance of power in the East. I hope the Wings don't play the Ducks this season. He may cause a variety of damage which this world has never seen. How do you stop this man? He is both the Irresistible force and the Immovable object. He is both Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant. He is a combination of Achilles and Hercules. Never look Brian McGrattan in the mouth. All NHL teams need to game plan on how to deal with McGrattan. Can anyone stop him? I just don't know.
