    I hate the term "sheltered" Obviously you would love it if every guy could play both ways equally as well but they don't. It's smart coaching. You put guys into situations that help them. Most sports do this. If a Play a guy where he wins. It's not sheltering. It's being a smart coach.

    Now I may be way off base, but I love how Marchenko more than any other Dman (except Smith?) jumps up on the rush. He's also not afraid to let it fly from the point. I like that. Too many others seem intent on cycling more than Lance Armstrong on his way to his blood doper.

    Cool Cole fact: Played for the Cincinnati Cyclones. The only hockey team of relevance in Ohio.

    I wanted Franson or Yandle. Pipe dreams obviously but hey, why not? Would have thought this would have been a solid year to make a big push like that. And cheering for Dion would be....weird
