Really glad my B&B out of Downtown, had the opportunity to get a glimpse of what the city is like. One of my favourite memories was riding the last bus back from a game and to see all the unspoken habits or manners, like women elderly and children would get on first, then the men, and like 3 or 4 huuuge guys waited until the last person of the "community" got on the bus, checked all was good and then got on themselves, then one white guy and myself got on. It gave me a sense of respect. and well I guess buses are the new barbershops. And that's something I wouldn't have experience had I stayed at a casino or fancy waterfront loft I'm not gonna argue with you on this. You're from up there. but it's quite a different reality you live. and by the way you're looking south, Detroit is North from there.
