Thats 5 mil in dead cap for 3 more years. Not a big deal. Dumping the dead weight should be priority #1. Extra Baggage is not good for the Wings right now.

I feel ya. But everytime you suggest bringing up guys WITH offensive ability (Veleno, Zadina, pick #6), you give 90% of the LGW community aneurysm. Glendening-Ehn-DelaRose SHOULD be our 4th line. And Rasmussen-Veleno-pick#6 SHOULD be our 3rd line. But Helm-Nielsen-Abdelkader will be the 3rd line. We all know these guys need to go. The Yzerplan needs to be to 86 these guys.

Ehn is a good player. I liked how he handled his 1st season last year.

I never was a big Karlsson guy. Lots of points and even +/- means he isnt playing good defense.

If/when he is one of our top 6 guys, put him in the top 6. Right now, i feel like he's #7 behind the guys i put on the top 2 lines. No reason to demote our 7th best forward to GR. Unless we are trying to lose?

As long as he gets the net front time on the pp, hes fine being the high forward on a checking line 5 on 5. Rasmussen-Ehn-DelaRose would be a damn good 3rd line, imo.

Why arent they ready? Veleno is the only guy i think that may need 40-50 games in GR. The rest need to be in the NHL. Bertuzzi-Larkin-Mantha Hirose-Athanasiou-Zadina Rasmussen-Ehn-DelaRose Glendening-pick #6-Svechnikov Nielsen, Helm, and Abdelkader need to get lost.

If we draft another left handed forward, im going to lose it. Looks like Cozens may not be around tho.

The real problem that all of you dont understand is that the Wings arent tanking. They are just losing. I think we made sure to lose one game last seaon - Buffalo. But it looked like they tried to win every other game. So i think you need to veer from the tanking talk and steer towards whether or not we play our best players or not.
