He's not going to arbitration. Ottawa either picks him up for 9 million and rolls the dice on resigning him, or they sign and trade him. Those are the 2 ways this can go.

Debrincat is NOT a great player. Debrincat COULD BE a good player. He will never be Patrick Kane, Brendan Shanahan, or Cam Neely. He might end up being Gus Nyquist or Jake Guentzel.
