Yah, im sure that came with a handshake agreement for future help. Sakic has a STACKED team now that will be ok capwise for 3-4 more years. But around 2023, Colorado will be facing decisions similar to what the Leafs are going through right now. Dont be surprised if Dubas repays the favor a few years down the road. -

My source is telling me this has been tabled: To Vegas: Jonatan Berggren, Boston's 2020 2nd To Detroit: Rights to Gusev To Boston: Chris Kreider, Mike Green (50% salary retained) Wings looking hard at Marcus Johanssen. Want him around 3 mil per, but his camp is looking north of 4.5.

Trading a rising star hitting his prime with 3 years NHL experience is not a wise move. I shouldnt have to explain how having a 30 goal scorer with proven ability trumps the 3 unproven prospects you mentioned. -
