About Me

I grew up in Texas and was not exposed to hockey until adulthood.  I immediately fell in luv with the sport because I can't ice skate at all!  lol.   The amazing talent of the players is what draws me to this difficult sport.   The reason I like the Red Wings so much is when I finally got into hockey I watched the playoffs when Detroit had a bunch of 30-somethings, dominating the playoffs.  I researched Hockey Town and the history of this original six powerhouse that has the most Cups of any team in the U.S. and I've been hooked on them ever since! :)
