I agree with that on Clausen. I'm not saying he won't be a good QB, because he is only a freshmen afterall, and has no OL help. I'm a pretty hardcore recruiting fanatic, and from watching film, and reading many things I always wondered why Clausen was so hyped up. He played in a Christian football conference, and played no Cali powerhouses. It's safe to say he played some of the worst teams out there. He also had a 5 star RB along side him that goes to USC now. When you have him in the backfield it is much easier to find the open man. He was very far ahead though on his technique, and I'm sure he can thank his average brothers for that. I guess we will see in 4 years.

No this is Chad's team. Ryan will be the man next year. Henne is a much better QB. Glad to see him get in a big game though, and not make a huge mistake.

I think ND is going to win. Debord will play so conservative with Mallett while on the other side Weiss will at least try to open things up a little for Clausen. Unless Clausen throws a bunch of picks (which is very possible) I think ND wins. I do agree Hart will have a huge game if he doesn't pull his hammy.

Last year at Elite 11 Mallett threw the ball 75 yards without a bounce. Word is it's 85 yards now. Hope he has some accuracy along with that cannon!

I actually think the oppisite. I can't see U-M winning. If Henne was playing I would be very confident because Henne is very good with Arrington/Maningham (even though it hasn't looked that way this year). I think they will be playing very conservative with Mallett in, but I guess ND will be doing the same thing with Clausen. I never would have thought the Mallett/Clausen rivalry would be starting this year already!

This morning on the radio Doug Karsh, a very good U-M source said Chad Henne has torn his MCL, and will be announced most likely during the presser today.

What I liked about the game is it looked like the Lions had a swagger when the hit the field. Can't say I've seen Lions with swagger in a long time, if ever.

Yeah that move was classless. I was very mad at Greg Mathews. He looked like Marcus Vick. My freind called me, and said that on gameday today they said it was leaked Les Miles wanted the U-M job. Anyone see/hear this???

Whats the point of that post? FSU didn't win. Who cares if U-M squeked past the No. 8 team in the country. A win is a win. Michigan was voted No. 1 by 3 of the 4 polls. Enough said.

I think Michigan is chicken dinner against Oregon. They are playing an App State offense with much better athletes. I expect the Michigan D to get fried, and much better play from Henne.

I don't believe thats right. How could a national champ get voted 6th a few times, and still win it all? Their were only three 12-0 teams that year if I remember right: Michigan, Nebraska, and Tulane.
