Got some very, very good points there Timmy. I think OSU/U-M tries to make their schedule tougher then all other Big 10 teams with OSU playing Texas, and in the upcoming years they play Oklahoma, USC, and VaTech I believe. As for U-M they have to play ND (who will only get better), and usually a MAC power (CMU, Northern Illonois, ect) You're right though after they jump the huge, early hurdle they play tighter, and more cautious to prevent them from showing any strengths/weakneses for the big Nov. 18 game. I hope the Big 10 changes the schedule so OSU/U-M (and the whole Big 10 for that matter) play later so they don't get screwed in the polls, and prevents such a lonnng break

We should be ashamed? Why because we have pride? If that happend to MSU you would do that exact same thing, and if you said you wouldn't you would be lying. Hats off to FLA though they proved everyone wrong

Hockeytown Red Wings may never post here again..I hope him and his rommies didn't kill themselves

Simply shocking...all year I root for OSU to lose, and they don't. The one time I want them to dominate they get crushed! C'mon buckeyes! Let the Big 10 bashing begin again

For sure it does. I didn't know there were people that stupid on earth....

Detroit Lions, NFL 2006 Season Thread

I'm probably the 2nd most biased person towards Schaub behind you since I'm not a UVA fan. I really think Shaub has everything to be good, and I think he's different from Volek (another very hyped backup that hasn't done anything). Bad thing is though Schaub isn't going anywhere with Petrino getting hired in ATL. I could see Petrino going with Schaub because ATL will be throwing all the time. -
It's good to see Delfino do well. We really needed some guys to step up on the bench this season. So far Delfino, and Maxiel have. Blalock has done a good job too

I agree with you completly. Tiki is a class act, but Eli and Coughlin are little *******. You notice how every year the Super Bowl champ catches a huge break in the playoffs? Like Rothlesburger's tackle against the Colts when the Bus fumbled, or Tom Brady's tuck call when he got sacked by Woodson. The Seahawks may be that team after Romo's choke FG attempt
-
I'm taking a big chance here: I'm going Colts vs. Seahawks. I think NE, NYJ, and SD are better then the Colts, but I would like to see Manning win a ring. In the NFC I can't see the Bears going all the way with Grossman.

Your 110% right. You hit it right on the money. It's exactly what I think as well... I would, but I'm a poor college student like yourself

And why aren't you with them??!! Carr doesnt get out coached that much, and his job will never be in jepordy with Martin being the AD. He has got out coached by Carrol every time though, and Tressel a few times (not every time though). Did anyone watch future U-M QB Ryan Mallett in the Army game? Wow! He is going to be a stud! USC kicker found dead! How horrible.... http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=2722825

Very true...

Did the Pistons beat the Bulls? I've had a busy weekend...

I'm reading on a lot of Lions forums talking about trading down and drafting Alan Branch from U-M. If I'm Alan Branch and read this I'm heading back to Ann Arbor for another year!
-
You can't say Michigan "didn't want it". Thats garbage. They wanted it with all their hearts...they just didn't show up to play, got out coached, and out played. Thats like me saying MSU didn't seem to want to go to a bowl game.... If Michigan would have won along with FLA I would not want a co-national champ. Why should U-M have the right to share the NC when FLA beat the team that beat U-M? That wouldn't make sense.
-
I'll take Co-Nat. Championships over nothing anyday of the week.
-
They never will.....

Nope, in fact Weis is 0-7 against teams who finished the season ranked, and 0-2 in bowl games. Weis' biggest victory at ND is probably PSU, Georgia Tech, or a 7-5 Michigan team. Against elite teams (Michigan, USC, LSU, OSU) he has got his butt kicked hard.

If the Lions got Schaub it would be the most excited I've got over the Lions since the Barry Sander years. I wonder if we will ever give Orvolsky a shot?
-
That mad me laugh hard
-
I agree..along with the USC-Texas game last year
-
Has anyone been to or seen Miami of Ohio's ice rink? Coolest ice rink I've ever been too
-
I agree. One more year, and then I think Ron English or Les Miles will be hired. I can't argue with that. I think it is time for new blood at U-M. Les Miles is who comes right to my mind Oh almost forgot- How wild was the Boise State game!? Sweet game to watch!

Thank you! I agree this forum has had no problems until now. I remember a few weeks ago my internet didn't work, and I paniked because I couldn't read this forum (sad I know ) Like I already said- I know my avator isn't literally true, but I just did it for fun. You can call it biased, and thats fine because well it is.... Probably tonight or something I will change my avator to something sad and pathetic like Dion Harris or Tommy Amaker
-
Thank you. Your right about U-M's performance..it was worse then the Lions, but it happens to everyone...sadly it has happend too much against OSU/bowl teams recently. PSU beat Tenn, and Wisky beat Arkansas. Really looks like the SEC owns the Big 10 to me, but what do I know. Somehow you figured out I ONLY WATCH Big 10 footbal l.....
