Its a shame for Walker. Walker was a very good coach. He got by far the worst talent in the Big 10 every year, and yet NW still made bowls and could give every team in the leauge a run for its money. I always wondered what Walker could do with a team like MSU or Ill.

Brown to the Cavs, Ager to the Mavs, and Farmar to the Lakers were the best picks in the 1st round IMO. Where did the Pistons first round pick go? Was it involved in the Sheed trade? Or did they trade it for 2 second round picks last year? I can't remember what happend to it. One pick (the last pick) kind of stinks, but we don't really have any needs (besides Bonzi Wells/Speedy Claxton)

Two teams that I think could play in the N.C game this year that no one has talked about- Va Tech and LSU. I agree ND, OSU, and USC have great chances of going there, but I think VT/LSU could go as well. Florida too maybe, but you always lose a few games in the SEC.

POST OF THE YEAR!!! I agree with that 100% I'm really starting to think Stern tells refs what to do before the game. Plus I'm so sick of Sportcenter showing a clip of Wade (sorry I mean "Flash" } and then showing MJ. Wade hasn't made any clutch buzzer beaters yet. Plus MJ didn't have the most dominating big man in the game either. Wade is good but not even CLOSE to MJ. Wade isn't even the best player in the NBA, and I think thats insulting to MJ

GoWingsGo- Wade is an amazing player, but you can't rank him above Kobe. I would place him ahead of Lebron, but not Kobe.

The schedule is not the problem, its mostly been coaching. I'm sick of ND fans always mourning over their schedule. They want an easy schedule but at the same time they don't want to join a conference. Your going to have to choose one or the other. I don't think ND will go undefeated like many are predicting. They play Penn State, Geogia Tech, Michigan, Michigan State, and USC to name some hard ones. If they do go undefeated Charlie Weiss is one of the best coaches ever. It would be amazing to watch a 11-0 ND play a 11-0 USC going into the final week.

This series will go 7. Wade is crazy good. I do get really mad that he gets away with alot of calls, but I guess those are the perks you get when your good, or don't play for the Pistons. Does anyone else here just hate the Heat?

Your right they may not be able to, but that doesn't mean they can't beat OSU. Majority of the games they play are close. If its close in the 4th quarter anything can happen. Another note: There is a rumor U-M may be switching to a 4-2-5 defense which is suppose to cause trouble for running QB's and their plays (Smith, Stanton, Tate, Morelli) I guess we will find out if this is true in a few short months

They have it figured out. The last 2 loses have been mostly due to one player...Troy Smith. You can't stop Smith, all you can do is contain him. If Michigan limits Smith they have a great chance at winning. Look at last year's game they held him to little all day untill the end when he made a great play by escaping a sack and completing a long pass to Gonzalez.

I think Michigan and Michigan State will beat ND this year. MSU plays to their oppenents level, and will win a close one again. Michigan has many new coaches including a defensive cordinator who sounds very impressive I think OSU will be the team to beat in the Big 10. I think (and hope) OSU will be undefeated when the Michigan game comes around.

Mark Mitera would be a good pick up. I watched alot of him this year, and I really think he has huge potential. I wish we could get his teamate Jack Johnson!!

This Kessel kid is a stud. A good freind of mine who is a USHL scout thinks Kessel could be just as good of a player as Crosby

I agree with what JohnO said about Sheed. I've been thinking the same thing as of late. I was thinking of all the teams we play, and whoever is guarding Sheed is a mismatch, we just didn't use it very well in the playoffs. As for Billups, I still think he has alot in the tank. I don't think he will fall off the map..at least not next season. Getting him a backup is huge though. It will also give him needed rest. I would love to move up in the draft and get a guy like Jordan Farmar, but a guy like Claxton is fine with me too Will Delk return next year, or was this just a one year thing?

It won't be a 3 year deal for Wallace. Dumars has already said it will be a 4 or 6 year deal. But is Ben worth 12+ million dollars a year? I really don't know. If he averaged around 10 points a game with his great D I would probally say yes, but he is a liability on offense. I would trade KG for one of the Wallaces. Sounds like the Pistons biggest target of the summer will be Bonzi Wells. He had a really good year last season with SAC. He would really help our bench. PG is also a strong need. We need a scorer..maybe Speedy Claxton?
