I really think Howard will be up on the Wings full time next season. After watching alot of Griffins games this season, I think Howard is to good to not be playing in the NHL, but don't get me wrong he does have to work on a couple things to improve. I also think Grigorenko, Filppula, and Hudler will be up there most of the time.

I really like this schedule. If we show up to play each week I think we could run the table. But the coaching changes this year are crucial. Losing Malone, English, and possibly Loeffler are huge. I'm fine with coaching changes because I think we need them, but if were going to do this the 1st priority should be to get rid of Jim Herrman.

Post anything you hear here about the Pistons this summer. Even though there shouldn't be major changes there will still be news about coaching, rookies, and adding bench help. The Free Agent Market starts at midnight tonight and the names Finely, Houston, and Rose are rumored to visit Detroit. Thoughts on these guys? I watched it but missed most of Ohio State. Who is the 3rd QB? I know about Zwick/Smith. Were they talking about the freshmen Schoenoft (sp) ???

His last year of highschool hockey I played against him twice, and everyone watching knew he was going to be amazing. We beat his team 4-3, but he had all 3 goals...not to mention a broken hand. I know thats highschool hockey and doesn't mean anything, but my gut feeling is he is going to be a good player. He has 4 more years of getting better at MSU.

Penn State is at least 2 years away from being good. They could play spoiler this year though. All Penn State fans are excited about Justin King and Derek Williams (which you should be) but remember they are freshmen, and there are not many Adrian Pettersons, Chad Hennes, or Micheal Harts out there.....They will have to develop and mature.

I take it your dad likes Michigan? If thats the case he really must have made you mad for you to switch to the Buckeyes

Thats interesting, but today on PTI they talked about somthing even more intriging. They talked about the Pistons trading Darko....possibly for Al Harrington. Thoughts on this...

Your right on Purdue. They have a above average team, and don't play U-M or Ohio State. They do play Iowa though. From what Boilermaker fans say their new QB Kirsh is better then Kyle Orten. I still think MSU's schedule is pretty easy too.

Thank you SWF for starting this thread! I can't' wait till college football! I think the Big 10 crown will be decided during the last game of the year when Michigan plays Ohio State. And I think you have to go with Michigan this year. Michigan hasn't beat OSU in a couple years, plus the game is at the Big House. I know Iowa is also very good with great LB's and Drew Tate but I think they will lose to Michigan and Ohio State. Michigan State could also make some noise in the Big Ten this season. They don't have a really good team, but they got a pretty easy schedule. They don't play Iowa and have a bye week before Ohio State. That leaves them with just Michigan...which is at home. When its all said and done I really believe Ohio State or Michigan could play and BEAT USC in the Rose Bowl.

No they can't- They are so unpredictable. They get spanked a couple times by Kansas City, and then beat the White Sox. You never know what Tigers team will show up. The good one needs to show up every day for the rest of the season and they still might not make it.

Icer- You think Liv will join the Griffins? It said in the GR Press a few days back they will sign Jimmy Howard later this summer. Maybe will have Liv and Howard together? Will MacInyre be our starter?

I think Amir Johnson can be somthing special in a few years. He is from a high school that produces Divison 1 talent every year. He was suppose to go Louisville this year but then went pro. Hopfully he will become one of the steals of the 2005 draft.

I agree. I think U-M/MSU are only rivals in hockey. I think the fans just hate eachother. In basketball MSU's big game of the year isn't against U-M, its not even one of the top games of the year for them. Instead, their big game is against Illonois, Wisconson, or a big time non conference team such as Duke. While in football U-M's big game isn't against MSU. Instead U-M is always looking at Notre Dame, and ultimitley the Buckeyes. Even Iowa is starting to become bigger and bigger for Michigan. But nothing gets better then watching U-M vs MSU in hockey. They are all friends because of Juinor hockey, but they hate eachother when the game is on. I love it.

Thats why I want the Pistons to draft Garcia from Louisville, he is the same type of player as Prince As for Cambell- It's almost for sure he is retiring, and Ham Slam will be gone too

Houston is suppose to be released tommorow, but I guess his huge contract will not be as high because of the new bargining agreement. Speaking of high contracts, Arroyo has one and should go....... On the radio rumor has it the Pistons will try to trade up and draft Charlie Villanueva from UCONN. I don't know hardly anything about this guy. Does anyone?
