Your Abby hatred seems personal. And way over the top. And no, it would be stupid to buy him out. As much as fans complain about his salary, no one associated with the organization seems to have a problem with it. He's well liked by management, coaches, and teammates. They won't buy him out even with a year left on his contract. He's a Wing for life. Sorry haters.

I dont think McDavid would ever be traded. If he wants out of Edmonton, he'll just have to play to free agency. So basically the pick they're giving up this year will be better than the pick they kept last year. Hilarious. -
While I agree on Cholowski and Hronek, nothing about Bowey or Hicketts impresses me enough to say they deserve spots over Daley and Kronwall. Assuming both are back, you'd have Green, Cholowski, Hronek, Daley, Dekeyser, E, and Kronwall. Not ideal, but doable.

I was referring to the "meaningless" playoff streak that so many people hated. In reality all it did was delay the rebuild. It didnt cause it or extend it. -

Or maybe we're finally starting to see the young nucleus start to put it all together. Maybe its not the most convenient timing, but to whine about it is pointless. Be happy that the kids are improving and they're coming to the game every night with the desire to win. Isn't seeing this team blossom more important than a few percentage points? I think so. -

And you claim AA is a center. So why is his assist numbers so much weaker than Nyquists who is supposed to be a scoring winger? AA clearly isnt setting anyone else up to score goals. Nyquist is. Goose's numbers are superior to AAs. AA leads in goals, but Goose leads in both assists and points. Goose > AA
