Pronman has Fantilli, Danielson, and Edstrom as being the only locks to play center in the NHL. Only two of those guys will be in range. Maybe only one. Not that Pronman's ever right......

Hey. These are the sacrifices you gotta make if you want to win 1 out of what should have been at least 3 cups during your coaching career. -
That first pick is typical Wheeler nonsense. Yzerman rarely drafts out of the USNTDP and I doubt he starts with a small slow winger. Also how many mock drafts are these clowns going to do?

It's decided then! Yzerman should bring back 'Chiasson The Laughed At' for another year as a last-resort PP guy if things go real bad but hopefully we never really talk about him again though.

Strange enough, I wouldn't hate paying up for Hellebyuck because: 1. good mentor/competition for Cossa 2. would help stabilize the D and allow the forwards to cheat for offense a little more But Winnipeg would never get a package like that for a goalie with 1 year left on his contract. Husso + NYI 1st might even be too steep IMO -
Ah yes. Which resulted in known pugilists like Lidstrom, Fedorov, Datsyuk, and Zetterberg. Also pretty much everyone needs to be able to skate now. So if you want a guy who "plays hard" you're still going to have to grab him early-ish.

I think the Wings have to take Moore with 9OA (if available) then you take a big winger at 17 (But, Barlow, Honzek) or grab Willander, Simashev or Sandin-Pellikka if one of them is still there. Insanely hard draft to mock
