I think my main problem with the draft is that some form of crappy result is almost unavoidable. So pick one. 1. Sens pick twice in top 4 2. Wings pick 4th 3. Habs or Hawks or some undeserving bubble team slide into the top 3 after losing the play-in. 4. Jersey or Buffalo pick 1st 5. A good team like Winnipeg lose the play in and win the lotto. Etc.

Considering one of them is going to Denver and one of them is like 165 lbs I think it's fair to assume it will take either of them 5 years to establish themselves as a #2 or 3 damn. They'd make the roster in a few years though.

Thanks @Jedi I'd love to keep this place afloat for both sentimental reasons and also because I think this forum is solid for people who want to talk hockey rather than which kind of Dorito makes you poop more, etc. Maybe the discorders can get all that s***-talk out of their systems and come back and join us in a couple of years when the Wings are competitive again.
