Agreed. In both the Edmonton game and 1st Carolina game the offense looked a lot better when Larkin was moved. The problem is that Larkin is better on the wing than Sheahan and Richards.

Get through this stretch withh all the back-to-backs and stay at .500 until Datsyuk returns, then stay relatively healty. That's the recipe for a good season.

If we're blaming guys why target Richards? Tatar and Nyquist ******* blow. Larkin is already twice the player as either of these anaemic midget tools. This team's power play is killing them and it's because secondary scoring is awol. That's Nyquist and Tatar. f*** them!!!!!!!!! See? See what I did? -
And you want the opposite. Which is why you've been saying a) the defence is bad and b) Babs really got a lot out of them. Basically, the heroic genius of Babcock was able to extract water from stone and Blashill can't make lemonade with lemonade. Right?

I was being dead serious. That s*** tonight is as good as it gets for the Habs. The Wings? They're missing their best player and (when healthy) one of the league's best. Les Canadiens may very well be peaking already. Who knows what we have yet with Detroit. -

What a waste of BOS's beautiful GDT. Also what this team needs right now is not some fat-ass from The Jets. What they need is a perennially elite center. As kickazz once said: I miss Datsyuk. That dude gets healthy and this entire team changes. Give me Datsyuk and a proper day's rest and these Wings beat Montreal, s***ty D and all. -

Encouraging to see Blashill screw around with different pairings tonight. Wouldn't be shocked to see Kronwall - DeKeyser Quincey - Green Ericsson - Kindl Although Kindl didn't look that great tonight either. -

Reminds me of the story where Bowman was coaching the Habs and they were on a road trip. Curfew was 11PM or something. He gave a clean hockey stick to the doorman at the hotel and told him to ask anyone coming in after 11 that looked like a hockey player for an autograph. The next morning at practice, after collecting the stick, he walked into the dressing room and threw it in the middle of the floor. Or something like that. Anyway, that's genius.

Yeah. But when good teams are stinking it up, the better it is for the Wings playoff drive and seeding. Basically, I want everyone but Detroit to lose.

Exactly my thoughts. I remember you picking Pitts to miss the playoffs. Same here. Some people just don't get it. Just because you have a bunch of cereal box all stars doesn't mean you automatically get to win. Especially when these guys play 100 ft games. I am also shcoked by Columbus (but not complaining) .
