When real hockey starts (playoffs) Kostin will be invaluable. Same reason the Loafs needed to get tougher with their offseason signings. Kostin will punish Matthew Tkachuk. -

Nice win. I absofugginlutely hated watching the Bruins feed. Marchand crosschecking Ghost and the Bru-crew said is was a lame call. I get the homerism crap, but I'd rather be spoonfed by Mickey with his honesty rather that those Boston gumballs.

Husso may bounce back with the birth of his first kid. Sometimes, no matter what sport, I've seen guys focus so much better once the anxiety of their wives pregnancy ends and reality kicks in. Happened to a number of guys I know with different professions and myself. When you have one or more miscarriages it can really affect your brain, especially the fear of having your wife getting crushed emotionally again. Just a thought... who knows. -

Pretty good game really. Sens had all the luck to get up by 4 and we had two goals that were pretty lucky to tie it up. Ghost-Bear was lucky on his goal, but overall was great today. Veleno got drilled and Ray Ray's mom is hot. -

Yeah you're right. That was a pretty lame attempt to score the Oiler's 1st. I'll go back to the drawing board for something more realistic.... maybe a Draisaitl (with extension) acquisition if Edmonton throws in the towel in a couple of months. -
Only way I'm taking Mantha back is if a 1st is attached to him. Not sure we have the cap space though.

Tuz may be hurting, but his lack of defensive awareness it his biggest problem. SY saw enough and was savvy enough to parlay him for DCat. Same D, way better O. Leafs suck and get what they deserve. A couple of my Toronto friends are pissed that they (20/20 vision) signed Tuz and spit up such a huge deal for #34. Feel free to send Matthews to us.

I guess they would get to pick which one they forfeit? Only means that whatever year they lose their pick, 2024-2026 everyone after them is picking one spot earlier.
