I love the kid. Fast like AA for sure, but from what I've seen the kid works like crazy and is one of the best 200' players available. To each their own regarding evaluations.

Is Craig Button for real? His latest top 75 prospects has Lysell at #30 and Scott Morrow nowhere on the list. Just thought is was a strange list.

I'm not sure what I think of this idea really. There is some thought that with the top 12-15 being the bridge between known and unknown really good talent in this draft, SY could package up the 23/24 pick with a 2nd or more and move up to the 9 -14 pick and nail someone he really loves. OR... trust in his staff and shrake the crap out of the 2nd and 3rd round picks and scoop up as many high potential/high bust picks possible. Thoughts?

Can anyone answer this? Why are teams that are drafting 13th - 16th getting odds to snag the 1st or 2nd pick in the lottery? I'm assuming there's only two draws. One for the top pick and another for the 2nd pick. You can only move up 10 spots, so theoretically the last team (Chicago at #12) can only move up to #2. We have a 7.6% chance to hit #1 and a 15.4% shot at #2. I'm confused.

Any clues as to win loss record tie-breakers for the draft? If Columbus beats us in OT we would both have 48 pts. Or if we lose outright and NJ ends up tied with us. Thoughts? -
It'll be interesting to see how the order changes after the U18 is over. I know half the players are too old for this tourney on this latest TSN list, but, I wonder how the kids scouted already in the european leagues play against their own age group.

So we wait a year. Big whoop. More than one team will be tight to the cap next year, so save our cap room and play the long game. .The top 3 (at this point ) for the 2022 Draft are far more appealing than 2021. Wright, Lambert and Savoie? We just need to suck and get lucky for a wee bit longer and cash in on a good cap deal.... patience grasshopper.
