Depends on your provider. On Directv I've got 215 right above the ESPNs - not sure cable has it?? They show hockey 24-7 thought. Good coverage during the POs, plus classic games and series. What I've been looking for for awhile that i cannot find is just a plain white short sleeved tee with nothing but the Winged Wheel on the front. Haven't found one. Need a summer shirt (not red) that I can wear around Denver that subtly announces I am a Wings fan.

Leno kind of disappointed me on Thursday night. I rarely watch but happened to catch the monologue and he started out by congratulating the DTW on winning the Stanley Cup. Then he proceeded on to a 20-year-outdated rip on Detroit and rioters/fires. Some kind of lame reference to celebrating the Cup. Not that I expect anything more from comedians, but using the Cup win to get a few rips on Detroit just kind of pissed me off - and I haven't even lived in Michigan for years.....

I cannot find one anywhere online. Redwings.nhl.tv doesn't have video archived yet - maybe because of tv rights? A podcast might do - maybe someone can find one??

For sure the NBC crew outdid themselves on Pitt/Crosby. I'll guess I'd say even though it was nauseating - I suppose it's better than playing a team like Carolina (last time) - at least there is some public interest in the Pens. They needed to balance that crew out with one Wings homer - I mean I'm watching the game, we're winning, and I'm wondering if anyone is going to mention my team.

A few of their writers for the newspapers I think are secret Wings fans - wrote complimentary articles about the Wings all during the series - AND continued to cover the NHL and the Wings after they lost. Terry Frei in particular keeps writing about the Wings in the Denver newspapers. Maybe they're finally realizing when they see great hockey!

I wouldn't go so far as to say my Avs friends here in Denver were rooting for the Wings - but a few of them did call me to say congratulations. And yes, some of them felt if they were to get smoked, might as well be by the eventual champs. Didn't go out today - cannot wait to wear my Wings shirt around Denver Friday and out Friday night.

My personal moment would have to be seeing the Wings live in the series clincher vs. the Avs. Since I don't live in Detroit I rarely get an opportunity to see a live game during a playoff run. As luck would have it they played the Avs. The game was a blowout - but getting to share a series-clinching win - and virtual goal scoring clinic - against a former rival in their barn with fellow Wings fans was special.... Outside of the Wings: staying up late for the 4OT Sharks-Stars. Thriller.........
