I that is actually a good thing (development wise) for young guys like him to be on sub-par teams. More opportunity for development....Hopefully though they move him up a line or 2. 4th...thats not a great sign, so far that is.

the fact that Marty Lapointe is a 3rd liner since he left the Wings and will most likly remain a 3rd liner until he hangs them up. Plus Latendresse has far more offesnive upside than Lapointe.

Im sorry but I do not see the Ducks trading Beauchemin + whatever for Lang. Can't see it. They need Beauchemin even with Prongs and Scott N. totally agree. I'd actually, infact definetly perfer to have a young'in fight to earn that spot. There are still some very soild AHL/NHL UFAs out there that would be great for any organization espeically this one!

I really really doubt it. Kid is definetly still a kid. In 2 years probably, but unless hes completly outstanding in 2006 don't expect him over here till 08 or 09.

It'll be interesting to see how this year goes for him with his team and linemates.
