I expect to see Booter along with Grigs and Quincy as regulars for the Wings. All 3 have what ti takes and have earned it. Quincy is more than ready and Grigs and Booter have shown they have what it takes.

Im gonna go with Crosby on this one. Vech is a hell of a player and amazing on his own. Individually I'd pick him over Crosby, but one has to consider which was was prepared fthe best for the NHL? Vech easily. Another thing is here within the next 2 years Sid will have Malkin at his wing and possibly some other hotshot. When that happens records just might be broken. Same could be said for the Caps, but hoinestly who the hell really wants to play for that team? The only reason would be to center Vech and hell even some of the Caps top prospects don't want to.

Wow. This trade is beyond unbalanced. A. This trade doesn't help us in any way for this season. B. This trade doesn't help us in any way for the future. Hudler alone would fetch at least two of those guys. Orszagh is a checking line player the Blues picked up off the waiver wire. He is not the missing piece for our playoff run. The other two are big bodies, but unspectacular big bodies. Not to mention they are no closer to panning out than the 1st!! and 2nd/3rd picks you want ship out or Blatak. Alright I've got a trade for you all to think about, Blues are having a firesale. Inter-divison or not we can make a deal happen with em. I know it looks lopsided but it actually helps the Blues who could serouisly use Hudler (almost NHL ready) and Blatak (year maybe 2 away). It also additonally helps them load up on picks for this year. I know we'd be without a 1st yet again. But hey I think i'd be worth it. Alright so heres how I see it. To Blues: Hudler - C Miroslav Blatak - D 1st rounder in 06 3rd rounder in 06 or 2nd in 07 To Wings: Orszagh - LW/RW Scott Jackson - D David Backes - C

Eh I can roll with the D, but I dunno if Im totally soild on the Modin part. I always like his game but man this season has not bowed well for him at all. But who knows we do have Babs behind the bench and Lewis is long gone from the locker room. Alright Im sold.

If I we're the Wings GM I would strongly consider trading away my 2nd heck even 1st round pick for this kid. One hell of a player who under Babs could easily flourish and bloom from being a hell of a player into a soild NHLer.
