Thanks to the NHL Network and work I didn’t have a chance watching the game, but it looks as though I didn’t miss much…Looks like another season out of the playoffs…We’re well underway in becoming a mediocre Minnesota Wild clone.

Over the past few years the US Gov't has more or less admitted that there are UFOs and other such anomalies that cannot be explained...I really believe that - in fact I think you're an imposter - a 'body snatcher' if you will...You see - the real Kip that I remember several years ago didn't highlight the physical/tougher side of the game as you do...Quite honestly I like this alien Kip better. -

We're well underway in becoming another middle pack team...We'll likely pick 12th thru 16th aka another 3rd line forward, a bottom pair DMan, or even better a career AHL goalie.

If we're down by 2 after the 1st period tomorrow night - I'm hoping the team heads in to the locker room with a chorus of boos echoing throughout the LCA.

Is it me, or have coaches out there been fired for less? Other than some dumb luck and a few impressive wins - Newsie once again appears to be about as capable as what we had in Blashill. -

Technically - we're still very much in the wildcard hunt...Realistically - the team has it's head wedged up it's ass to a point where I feel it's more than just DBoss being out of the lineup. As I mentioned before - throughout this season I've felt we caught breaks where we were outplayed and still managed to win games...That luck isn't around any more and now we're seeing the results. -

Kane + DeBrincat = On a more serious note I feel the Kane signing is/was quite fitting considering what Yzerman's goal/s were...Give the kids time to adjust/mature while 'solid' vets via UFA show'em how it's done and if we make it into the playoffs - bonus!
