It's why I see guys like Perron as invaluable - worth more to us as a Red Wing than moving him by the deadline...Experience, decent hands, has his name on the Cup, and appears to give a s***...I wouldn't mind seeing him signed for another season after this to help mentoring within the locker room. -

Larkin needs to summon his inner "Mats Sundin" (former NHL'er who would come back early from injury and play exceptionally well multiple times throughout his impressive career)... Maybe taking up 'darts' and loose women might be beneficial?

Is it me or does he seem a bit fragile and after some physical/spirited games he's out with an injury (granted he is targeted often)...Not sure if he would last 1 round of playoff hockey.

Part of that's the 'occupational hazard' of being an NHL'er I'd say...To each his own - for me I'd play anywhere without hesitation. Not surprising to see Winnipeg playing better these days sans Blake Wheeler (whom if I remember correctly was said to be a problem in the locker room there)...Wonder who the problem child/ren are in Ottawa?
