Yeah - if you look at a few later posts - yahoo has him as a Czech and NHL has him as Slovakian - yet I think on the Wings site they said he was Czech... http://redwings.nhl.com/team/app/?service=...rticleid=367553 Country was one and then broke up - so it depends on how you look at it...

Doubt he will be traded as the Wings will not have the cap space to acquire other players if the contract is long term - I could always hope to trade Hossa to the Nucks for Luongo - but it will not happen... By the way - what is up with the 'Eric Cartman' sketch in your avatar...

Called sarcasm... One member in another thread stated they should sign Lilja to make room for Flip... Makes no sense to sign a player and then trade him away... The Wings will more than likely sign Darren and Downey - speculation on Drake is retirement... I would not mind having him here for another year - but I respect his decision to retire also - Koper could initially take his place - once he gets healthy and back in shape from the knee injury - we shall see...

Guy is a good player to he honest - ate to play against him - and that is a decent signing by Ottawa - they did not over pay for him...
