Well considering the Hawks sorta dealt with us last year when the Wings traded for Calder..... Isn't Lapointe injured? I would not mind Havlat (injury prone) or Bourque...

Can you post with out swearing? My point is IF the Wings continue with their slide and fall back in the standings it might have a cascade effect. And the last time I looked the Wings have not locked up a playoff spot yet.... Take one thing at a time here.

To anyone who is reading my posts, with the injuries mounting and the team playing in circles it just furthers the issues the team has had with scoring of late. The Wings need to acquire a forward that will make an impact and create a 2nd line that gives the Wings a 1-2 punch.

They are turning the puck over way too much and just look so disorganized..... What a shame....

Wings need to start hitting the Canucks and clear the puck more out of the zone..... Force some turnovers and charge the net with a trailer (and not overskating the puck to get a rebound).

More cross crease passes and they will put it behind Luongo for sure..... Too bad the Nucks are on a PP now as it will slow down the Wings tempo.

Hudler and Kopesky should be moved in a trade... Sorry, but they are not playing to their full potential. Anyways, the 2nd period should be starting here shortly... I will try to avoid trade talk in the game day thread.
