Funny... Johan leads this team in goals yet his play has diminished and folks have some high expectations when things don't go his way

Need to stay out of the box and get more shots on goal; Miller having a great game even though he has nothing to show for it

The team did something that not a lot of other professional sport teams have done in history. Yes, it would be nice winning Lord Stanley every year, but after a while the want/desire just isn't there. What else is there to reach for? If the Wings are victorious in the playoffs this year, it will make it sweeter, but not winning it all will not make it for a season of failure nor tarnish the 23 game win streak.

Only kind of harassment I gave a fan back in 2008 when we played Colorado in the playoffs is when we were in the elevator from Cobo rooftop and she was from Ohio and had a Roy jersey on... I did ask the crowd in the elevator if anyone had some soap as she had some crap on the back of her jersey (Roy's name and number)... Another guy in the crowd said he was surprised someone from Ohio actually spelled Roy correctly which I thought wasn't right... All were implied jokes and we all laughed, but some can be crossing the line...

If this team can play sound defensively, control the play, and play smart they will be able to win and heal. Running around, trying to play from behind, or scrambling will cause more hurt... This is why I am a Janik fan, the guy is a Dman and plays D... No flashy skates or fancy moves, just plays D...

Bruised ankle or even a sprain (which it is not) will take a few weeks to heal even with naproxen to reduce inflammation/pain along with ice/heat + wrapping. I know it sounds overboard, but cast that thing for a few days, keep it elevated, and sit at home....

Janik played very well and wish he would be a mainstay....
