How long would it take to complete construction? The article talks about they would start in 2015, that is 4 years from now. You think a NHL team would have to be there at least 2-3 years to establish everything - hence the comment on they could play at another local barn until then...

Agree, but at the same time the defense should not be so nonchalant about the matter either. Since we are so close to the the playoffs, one would think their mentality would shift to such. Fact is, a full 60 minutes is what is going to be needed and why not do it now? If it was earlier in the season, but it is not. Letting up for the last few minutes and the Kings scoring like they did shows other teams we are vulnerable

Hudler is not at the level of play when he left this team for the KHL, but he is getting there. And yes, he is very capable by himself, he does not need Pavel. At the same time, it is not hurting anything at the current moment.

Was on the phone with another LGWer when the Wings were playing Buffalo and I did mention a few things... 1. Rafalski has been a big liability and things have looked tighter since he has been out 2. I am not sold on Salei, I firmly believe another D could of been had and been more of a stay at home / clear the crease / block shot D-Man 3. Still on the fence with Howard... When he is on, he is stellar, but when he is cold, ear muffs / cover eyes - he gives up some juicy-juicy rebounds, hoping the more experience he gets + working with a goalie coach, he smothers them up. That was one up swing with Nabby, the man smothers rebounds and gives very little... Wish Howard would do the same 4. Miller is solid and really hope we keep him around... Good on the PK and chips in from time to time... I really think he could be utilized like Dandy was, use him on D here and there 5. Kindl has had made rookie mistakes, be the last few games he has really been coming around; believe he is starting to get more comfortable/confidence and it is showing

Give him a few game and he will get back in sync. Although, his faceoff win percentage could of been better (same goes for the entire team).
