I would sign more scoring than defense, especially if the garyrule changes are kept the same. You can't hit much at all, and the mobile scoring D is the better option.

Briere and Souray would be great replacements.

Hudler has been playing better, and I think if he trains better and works on his skating, He will be a great replacement for draper.

The only problem with that is that the most of the injuries were caused by the clowns that jumped on top of Bert. You might as well sue everybody on the ice at the time.

Going back to the incident, and knowing Moore as the cheap shot artist he was (Naslund, ect..) Bertuzzi was acting in the heat of the moment. Moore's neck was fractured by the rest of the Avs jumping on top of Bertuzzi, not from the punch... (proven fact) Hockey is a very emotional sport, and we all know what happened on March 26, 1997. I have no Ill will towards Bert, because anybody that's played the game will understand, Tempers will flare. Time to put this away.

Doesn't matter who we meet. The book on the wings is play the trap or some version of it, hit Datsyuk and Zetterberg and keep them off their game, and you have a good chance to win. We won't be winning games coming from behind in the 3rd period in the playoffs.

I would go after Laraque, simply because we don't have anybody in the lineup who can fight. Him alone in the lineup will keep the flies off Hank and Dats.
