The past three seasons he's been awful. Our defense hasn't helped, but he doesn't look like he can steal a game anymore. Time to retire dude.

In light of the Rupert Murdoch News Corp's power play with US citizens in this economy, I hope to God Mike takes the Wings, Tigers and soon to be Pistons games, along with CCHA and everything else to his own broadcasting station like in New York. I'm tired of the DISH dispute and the exorbant fees charged by Con-cast, charter, ect. Take it over the air so Michigan residents can pick it up with a digital antenna. Just think of the free advertising dollars for Olympia Ent. Make it happen Mike!

Trade or release Draper. Force him to retire. Ozzie should be next. Anything other than that and you are worshipping at the altar of the Grind Line slurpers. Time to cut our losses with drapes and send him on the retirement tour. If we are lucky maybe we could get some trade value for him, possibly a draft pick! Maltby too, he's just as bad. For all those that say he's the best penalty killer on the team: look at our record on the PK. GET RID OF HIM FINALLY

Well he is supposed to do more than that. I'm assuming he should have found the weak points through video review and tried to correct them at this point. The goalie coach can only do so much. it's obviously a defensive problem, allowing so many give-aways. I do fault Ozzie and Conks for some of the goals, but Mcrimmon has allowed a Stanley Cup Defense wilt into dog s***. Fire him and give the D to Chelios. Backes should have not been allowed to score 4 goals on a Stanley Cup winning Defense. There is something wrong with the coaching here.

I thought they didn't start making these until 2002...got some pics? As to the collectibility, do you see any on ebay or other sites, stores around Detroit? That in itself may tell you something. if in fact you do have a 97-98, you may have a nice set.

Got mine a little while ago. A collectibles dealer told me the other day the 2002 puck is going on the private market around Detroit for $500 right now. Made my money back and then some on that deal.
