Knowing his history... 2002-03-----79 GP 2003-04-----61 GP 2005-06-----77 GP 2006-07-----63 GP He's never played a full season. On avg. he has missed 12 games a year. Now with his back injury. Could it be a nagging one? He's not really a young man, he turns 27 as the season starts.

I liked what I heard during the Van game, you heard in the backround sombodt yelling "Oh F**K OFF". Mickey took a few seconds and chirped in "Well happy birthday to you to". It was great making fun of somthing that we could not help hearing.

I thought as long as you were signed by the trade deadline, you can play in the playoffs. I believe you can sign at any point of the year. Just not be eligble for the playoffs.

I totally agree with you. Except I think Biron will be a great fit with them. Let him play with the team feel the chemistry and he will prove you wrong. Timonen and Smith will really help their D. And another year under the belts of their youngsters should help as well. I picked Biron and Timonen in my fantasy pool.

Worth much much more. Great signing. It will set how much Spezza gets. Those 2 are the franchise for years to come. I aquired Heatley as a late round draft pick the year of his accident. Been a keeper in my fantasy league ever since and for years to come. And a big reason why my team came in first last year...

On Oct 9, 1996 just 2 days into the season. Shannahan and Brian Glynn were traded to the Wings from Hartford for Keith Primeau, Paul Coffey, and a first-round draft pick. Remember how pissed off Coffey was...He knew we were on the cusp for cups...
