Absolutely, I blame myself if I didn't follow my own rules. The last 2 times I broke the tradition were in the '02 Cup run. The first time was in the 2nd round, after Detroit was up 2-0 I'm the series against the Blues. Sure enough, the first game in St. Louis, the Wings get shellacked 6-1. The other time was after we eliminated Colorado. My family was on a cruise, and I foolishly wore my Brett Hull jersey the day after game 7. And the result? Detroit lost game 1 vs. the Canes in OT. Then and there I vowed I would NEVER break the tradition again.

Really shocked not to see Lilja there. Though, Homer has been really good for us this year, and when you compare to how he was last year... Not a bad choice either.

Bucci has always been one of my favorites. He's smart, insightful, and damn funny to boot. I really miss the days of NHL2Nite with Bucci-Chicken Parm. That said, there's only so many "What *insert singer's name* is to *insert singer's band's name*..." that one can take. If he had a few more go-to lines to swap in and out, he would be that much better.

I can only wear Wings apparel on game days. Started back in the '98 run. If I wear any Red Wings stuff on non game days, it's a guaranteed loss in the next game.

Agreed. It's easy to be a fan when everything's going right. A season like this is exactly what some Wings fans need. A reminder of all that we have taken for granted in the long years since we've had to struggle for each and every point.
