Worst Avs-player-on-Wings-player hit since the Laperierre-on-Lidstrom hit in '08. I suppose it could only be coincidence that this hit happened in Patrick Roy's first game coaching against the Red Wings... But that's an awfully big coincidence...

Gotta think that the league will start pushing to either hold the Flyers responsible for Pronger's cap hit, or punish them for deliberate circumvention of the cap. If that were to happen, then I guarantee Holmgren will follow in Laviolette's footsteps... ...out the door...

Seau had an ex wife and 3 kids. Reports on twitter now are saying that he shot himself in the chest.

My brother-in-law and his wife moved in with my mother-in-law for the next 2-3 months while they look for a house of their own. He's already told me that he probably won't be able to play GTA V while they're there, since it's too violent. I think I'm going to suggest to him that he let me borrow it while he's there...
