Wow. You stop paying attention for a few seconds/minutes, and bang, it's a tie game. BTW, that goes for both the players, and the people halfway watching the game, like me.

Yeah, but given who the Wings tend to draft, there's no guarantee that we would have drafted Green anyway... It's a whole case of shoulda coulda woulda. Who knows who we would have picked, and how they would have turned out.

4-0 Anaheim. Although SJ isn't out of the series, it's going to be darn difficult to do. But they aren't going anywhere but the Tee Box if they play like this in game 5.

Hey, I didn't say I liked the idea anymore than you! He was struggling pretty mightily just to get from side to side in the late second, and then regained much of his form to begin the third. It's hard to imagine that quick a turnaround in 17 minutes... Again, here's hoping I'm wrong, and that it was just a small charley horse, cramp, or something the like.

I wholeheartedly agree. I want this series to go to 7 games, with each game going to at least 4 OT's... Is that too much to ask for?

I know this is about as prophetic a post as you can get, but I really get the feeling, in this series moreso than ever, that whoever wins this game wins the series.

Alright guys. I know we're all excited about the win, but this is where we talk about hockey, not our tastes in women/celebrities. There are other places for that kind of discussion, and it's not here.

This. Their season just ended, give 'em a break. They're not saying much worse than we have/would have said in similar situations. And, just to be clear, PLEASE don't register on their forum just to give their fans a hard time. I'd even say don't register to even say "Good series". Just leave it alone. We don't want them coming back here to start any needless flame wars.

Good to know that this series isn't going back to JLA. I'm rarely a proponent of lots of time between series, but I think a little time off is needed. It's either Vancouver or Anaheim for us in the next round. Congrats to Detroit for moving on. And congrats are in order to the Jackets too. Tremendous year all around for them, and they certainly showed up for this game. Gave the home crowd something to cheer about.

That's probably a good thing. Joining other boards just to start a flame war is considered a no-no around here. It tends to lead them back here to start little flame wars of their own... And we definitely don't want that...
