I'm not at all alluding to a conspiracy or anything, so please don't take it as that. I just find it funny about the recent history of questionable calls (or lack thereof) between us and the Sharks. Last year, a puck goes off the safety netting, which should be whistled dead. Instead, Setoguchi scores a goal, and the refs do nothing. (Though, in their defense, they can't call that kind of play back... though they SHOULD be able to...) That goal turns out to be the game winner... Tonight, Marleau scores on a breakaway, when he (from my eyes at least) was clearly offsides... Again, the linesmen didn't call it, so the refs can't overturn it. Turns out to be the game winner... *shakes head* In the end, defensive breakdowns cost us this game. Nothing else. One breakaway like that is bad enough. Two breakaways is unacceptable. Having those two breakaways only 3:06 apart? There's just no explanation.
