Good first kill, boys!
-
PK coming up. Yeesh. 4 minutes for high sticking.
-
Great chances there by Mo.
-
Ah, so close. Abs has had a good game tonight. PP upcoming.
-
That would be a pretty good idea. They might want to leave off the Nazi Swastika and the Japanese Rising Sun, though! Wouldn't want an NHL goalie "Godwin"ing themselves... As for Jimmy's new mask. Can't wait to see it!
-
What can I say, the Giants' pitching was lights out. They completely shut down the Rangers lineup. Props to 'em.
-
They originally said 3-4 weeks when he had the surgery, and that was on October 12th. So the "2-3 more weeks" from now would put him at about 4-5 weeks total healing time.

Fantastic effort Homer!
-
Shutout.
-
Geez. Bad bounce of The Todd's skate... That was a sure goal.
-
Yeesh. I try to give Ozzie the benefit of the doubt, but his last two outings aren't helping his case. 4 goals on 9 shots in Dallas, and now 3 goals on 12 tonight...
-
I was only able to hear the game on radio, so that's nice to see on video! That said, we should probably discuss tge goal in the GDT.
-
Ping pong puck and it's in. Gotta love it. That one is unquestionably Homer's.
-
Geez. Modano has so much puck sense... Such a great passer.
-
STEIN!!!
-
Gah, crap... Last minute goal...
-
What an amazing play by Datsyuk...
-
Ouch. Geez, the amount of blood on the ice. That looked painful...
-
Indeed it was! Go Rangers!!! (sorry, Electrophile)

Not bad. Not bad. It kinda reminds me of the pads that Manny Legace had that were patterned after the net material. Although it wouldn't fool you if you had your head up and could see all the way, but those little chip shots and scrums right in front of the net... That grey on white pattern might just fool you enough to look like open net for that brief instant...

And that's where I stopped reading. Because, as all Stars Fans living in Dallas know, the NHL was founded in 1993...

They used to be known as the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, named after the movie franchise (since they were owned by the Walt Disney Company). When Disney sold the team, the new owners quasi-renamed/rebranded the franchise to the Anaheim Ducks.

The old logo, with the new colors. I know it's tiny, but it's the best I could easily find. It's a "D" (for Ducks) that is shaped like a Duck's foot, while trying to look mean/hip/cool/aggressive.
