Ah #@*%!! us Canadian Wings fans have to listen to that clown Pierre McGuire between the benches on TSN. He's got huge man love for Phoenix, and we haven't even played 5 minutes yet!

Well for my hockey pool I said Wings in 5, so I was wrong there. I'm not going to make a new pick, all I'll say is in 1998 we were down 2-1 to Phoenix in the first round and we ended up winning in 6. I hope history repeats itself.

I'm not giving up either, but I can see positives if we lose. A loss means our players get a much needed rest, and we get a better draft pick. I think adding a mid first round pick to our team would be excellent! I don't think some big changes need to be made if we lose early, just a little bit of tweaking.

I'll welcome Hudler back in a second, and hold nothing against him for going to Russia for a season. I was just thinking, going to Russia may have hurt Hudler in future NHL contracts. I'm sure Hud's would have scored about 65, almost 70 points this season with all the injuries and increased ice time.

Plus I'm sure living in North America instead of Russia is worth making less.

The camera work on the PP's are horrible! You can't see who has the puck at the blue line. The period just ended, great first 20 minutes!
