More opportunities to chant "Crosby Sucks!" (Waiting for someone to say, "Why do we always have to talk about Crosby? Wings fans must be jealous or something.") Seriously though, I like it in the West. -
Agreed, I think if Crosby became a Red Wing, he'd be a more matured player. First of all, he wouldn't be captain, so he would blend in more.

Well my point is this could be the start of something he may have to deal with. It's like in Baseball when pitchers find out a player can't hit a certain pitch, word gets around fast to the rest of the League. But I get what you're trying to do here.

Sid better suck it up because things are only going to get worse for him in Detroit. Detroit fans are brutal! If a simple "Crosby Sucks" chant can get him off his game, word is going to get around fast to the rest of the 28 cities.

I'm sure if Zetterberg took a swing, he'd be the one to get punished by the League, Crosby probably knew it too. Z did the right thing.

Since I was the one to say there was rumors Howard could be suspended a game, I decided to listen to Hockey Central at Noon in Toronto. There was no mention of the post game scrum, so probably nothing public will happen. It doesn't seem like it's an issue outside Detroit and Pittsburgh. I wouldn't be surprised though if the League, low key, calls Pittsburgh and Detroit.

Crosby probably knows if Z takes a swing, Z get's punished, not him. It's better if Z doesn't do anything and his team backs him up, which is what happened.

I was reading this over at the HFBoards: There's rumors Howard could be suspended a game for face washing Cindy. Also Cindy had this to say about Howard. "“I don’t know what he was doing,’’ Crosby said. “It was one of those things, a couple guys battling at the end. I knew the linesman was in there. I'm just thinking, what a great night all around! I loved every minute of it! The win, the "Crosby Sucks" chant, Crosby acting like a baby, the fan reaction, etc.. This is what sports is all about, the passion, the fun! Great rivalry! Edit: Memorable night for sure!

I couldn't ask for a better ending tonight! I wanted the Wings to win and the "Crosby Sucks!!" chant to make a comeback. Crosby made the ending even better with his hissy fit!
