I don't think there's any question who should be the back up when Howard comes back. Conk should be sent down to Grand Rapids, if his contract allows it.

Not only do we need Lidstrom and Holmstrom at the outdoor game, we need them in 24/7.

Joe is one of those spoiled brat Canadian players who listened to Don Cherry growing up and his, "We're the best kids" and "It's our game", crap. Since he's Canadian he thinks he's entitled to everything. I hope he never wins a cup, and I'm looking forward to beating the Sharks in the playoffs this year.

Yea I don't think a demand of at least 2 million is out of the question. Within a 2 hour drive, Toronto has 8 million people, and Detroit has almost 6 million. Not only will you get people from Michigan and Ontario wanting tickets, but people from Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Western New York, and even further wanting tickets. I'm expecting about at least 1 in 20 chance of winning the lottery and getting tickets. 3 of us want to go, so we're all going to enter the lottery, hopefully one of us get's a call. It's the most popular American team going against the most popular Canadian team, and it's centrally located.

Kenny will only make a move if it makes sense for the Wings. He won't make a move just to make a move.

I agree with the teams that have Draper, Maltby, McCarty, and Holmstrom. Sure guys like Ciccarelli, Primeau, Sheppard, etc. were better, but Draper, Maltby, McCarty, and Holmstrom were all on the 4 Cup winners.

I have no reason to trade Zetterberg. Hank's 2011-12 season could be like Yzerman's 1995. He'll be back up to 70-80 points next year no question.

Not to get political, but that was my entire argument with the Occupy stuff last year. Get in position to do something, or else they'd just be the "flavor of the month" with the media and get forgotten... Where are they now?

I don't think there's a problem with the All-Star Game(s). The thing is, they just don't appeal to people over the age of 14. Kids love it, and that's ok with me. They are what they are. Watch if you like it, do something else if you don't. The only thing that's bad about All-Star Games is the World Series home field advantage in Baseball for the winning League. Those idiot fans that complained the 2002 Game ended in a tie should have kept their big mouths shut! All they did was ruin things!

I find it hard to believe that doctors missed the neck injury for 13 months. I think it's just something being said to give Pittsburgh and Crosby fans hope he's coming back.
