There were a lot of Leafs fans near me too. I was also one section over from the very large female Wings fan who got beer spilled on her by a very small blonde Leafs fan that rdwngnut mentioned. I've never heard so many F-Bombs in a 20 second period. And loud for that matter. After the game that very same little Leafs fan tried to step over some chairs and got her leg caught in one. It took 3 or 4 other Leaf fans to finally get her out. It was like a joke that starts "How many Leafs fans does it take to get another one out of a chair?" There was something in the air last night because people were ready to fight and others were falling all over the stairs. Thank god hockey is finally back! -
Since the Photoshop war is now over I just wanted to sneak one last pic in. I don't post much during the year but I'm on this site everyday to check out what's going on with the best pro sports franchise of all time. A big thank you to Matt for a wonderful site and thank you to all my fellow Letsgowings members. Congrats to the Penguins for a well played and entertaining series. You have nothing to be ashamed of. GO WINGS!!!

I always make sure to watch the celebrations of the teams I hate. Watch it , let it sink in deep, and remember it. For when your team wins, it makes it that much sweeter. But yes, it made me sick and whenever I see MT, I am full of disgust. I can respect most players and coaches on other teams in the heat of battle, but I dispise everything about the Penguins coach. All in all though, this has been some great hockey!

I love Chelly also, but it has looked like he was on the ice in boots, and the Dallas players were on skates this last series. A few times he was racing back for the puck and got lapped by a Dallas player. I hate to say it but it may be time to hang em up. We have some good young D men they need to start working into the lineup. I think it would be great if he could stay with the team as some sort of defense coach, maybe work with the young players on the ice in practice. He can still think a great game, it's just the body can't keep up with the mind. Of coures there was that ill timed change that lead to a goal, but I'm wondering if he may have been injured.
