This is not a detroit problem. Look around. Every team is giving up leads now. A 2 goal lead means nothing anymore. -

those announcers are BRUTAL! acting like Kane got shot....he did barely touch him. -
this will be a tough one tonight. LA has gotta lose sometime though. and I find we play much better against the west than the east. which is not good for the playoffs.

yes he's obviously our guy however I would love to know the Wings plans overall when it comes to goaltending.... jimmy is here for another 4 years, will mrazek be his backup for that amount of time? seems odd for such a young tender to play 20 games per year. or do they trade jimmy and ride an inexperienced goalie with an experienced back up? or do they trade mrazek since I'm sure he could net a good return?

i didn't mind the silverberg goal....great shot....perry's goal was downright disgusting but yeah, great game spoiled by poor goaltending. i really wish we had a goalie that could play the puck too. not that that had anything to do with tonight. i'm just sayin'

I've been thinking about this lately. I don't really care nor do I think it matters if the wings were to finish 1st or 8th. the top 8 right now are fairly even.

They said on that goal that the preds player brought it in the zone. Hence no offsides. I remember this one. All the puck did though was glance off the preds players leg into the zone. -

Yes terribly offsides, Jimmy's been great all game, but that was pacioretty part #2. Bad goal. And yes, our D to O passes are brutal!!!! Constantly in the skates or out of reach leading to icing. -

i kind of agree with what Kip is saying here. let's pretend for a sec that the wings were lights out in the shootout. 7-1 instead of 1-7. that puts us first overall. does that make us really the best team in the league?? but i guess every team has some form of a skewed stat due to the shootout. -
jimmy is terrible right now 5 hole and blocker side as everyone can see. shooters are terrible as well. I agree to give jurco a chance for sure. we're missing those hot shot young guys with tons of moves.

my advice is to spend more $ and get the game worn style.....way better quality jerseys. you'll know when you're looking at one by the sizes available. they go by numbers for size not letters. size 48, 50, 52 etc. that is my input to you.

i think some people on here just need to realize that sometimes the other team is just flat out better. i could think of many times in this playoffs alone where a team has surrendered a two goal lead. -

i agree that it's hard to imagine but weiss is a good hockey player when healthy....datsyuk is also not healthy right now. -

i'm not jumping ship or anything like that but currently the team from game 1 is gone. inexperience is showing big time.... also franzen is the most useless piece of s*** i've ever seen. please buy him out. i don't care what anyone says about him being a good cap hit at 3.9. he is heartless. -
