ohio state needs michigan state to win too

yeah this post was about michigan possibly winning the big ten title. Michigan should beat Indiana and Michigan should be more focused on Ohio State. Michigan needs a miracle to win the big ten title. They need the spartans to win!!

the penn state game was close and it could have gone either way. The Northwestern win was domination. That game surprised me more on how michigan's defense was strong against a very good offense.

Relax! You beat Indiana!! You haven't won squat yet!!! Michigan should be more focused on just beating Ohio State. Michigan State is not playing good lately and should lose that last home game to end a horrible season for the spartans. Michigan can win the big ten if their lucky stars are lined up, but can also drop to 4th in the big ten just as easily.

I am sick of Mooch and his overrated coaching ability. Time to fire the coach and let Dick Jauron coach for the rest of the year. Just saw another one of those Lincoln Mecury "We're building something good here" commerical. After 3 years, I am still trying to figure out what exactly they are building. Normally, next week's game would be a gimmie with Arizona in town. But with this lions team, they couldn't beat a pee wee football team now. Time to rebuild! Time to FINALLY build something good!!!!

not this year against atlanta. Turkey Day at Ford Field will turn into the Michael Vick Show. That being said, as much as the Lions dont deserve to be even in the same field as the falcons, they probably will win that game. Lions have a tendency to win the games they have no business winning.

I can't wait til the Hornets play at Arco. They probably will play pictures of hurricane katrina and the aftermath. The Sacramento PR dept should be fired today. That was classless and low.

I agree SWF. Terrell Owens is a waste of great talent. No team would want to make a LONG TERM committment on him because if his horrible past. Kinda sad when you consider the football game right now, which features Tom Brady. Brady is a player that easily could be paid money like Peyton Manning, or McNabb,....instead, he would rather have part of that money put back into the team. The sports needs a lot more Tom Bradys and less Terrell Owens.

We had good offensive lineman, we just got rid of them. IE...Brown, Glover. We have never been able to draft or scout well. Much more of our draft picks...especially in the first round, have been busts.

I admit. This team fooled me over the last 5 years. Drafting BIG name players like Harrington, Charles Rogers, Roy Williams, Mike Williams, and Kevin Jones. I thought maybe this team would have a chance to just MAKE THE PLAYOFFS. Hard to believe that the best player from today's game is an undrafted Scottie Vines. This team, makes me sick.

...simply, whom is to blame? i think blame can be labeled on 3 key things: #1 Coaches. Bad play calling and poor decisions have shown up in the Ohio State, Michigan, and Notre Dame game. Starting with the Notre Dame game (Even tho they won the Notre Dame game), they blew a huge lead in the 2nd half and should have not even been playing in OT. The blocked field goal that ohio state scored on and the poor drive after the troy smith fumble, turned the game around completely. Michigan State also had tons of chances in the Michigan game to simply just drive the ball and kick a field goal to win. Unable to do that. The coaches get too conservative or try to think to much and forget to run plays that got them there. Coaches are too blame...why?...BECAUSE I SAID IT WAS LIKE THAT!!!! #2 John Goss. Can Michigan State get anyone to simply just kick a field goal??? Blown 4 field goals in a row (even tho I don't really blame him on the blocked field goal at the end of the 1st half). #3 The Revenge of the Grass (or artifical grass)!! Have you noticed that simply bad luck has happened to teams that go on the road and try to plant they flag in the home stadium's field of their opponents after a victory. Well, if they can remember if its grass or not. Michigan State lost 2 games after planting the flag into Notre Dame's lettuce and minnesota blew a game with a blocked punt after trying to plant a flag into michigan stadium's recycled rubber tires. Pure stupidity to any school that does that and I am happy that the Big Ten has banned it. Anyway, just using this post to vent. The majority of the blame for me has to be on the coaches right now. The Ohio State offense gave michigan the ball 4 times and they couldn't seal that game away.

i havent given up complete hope. But i really wanted state to challenge the big ten title this year. It was theirs too. Another 6-5 season heading to the motor city bowl.

unfortunately, that comment is the opinion by the minority. Sports is such a important fabric in an American life. The country as a whole is homophobic and want their athletes to be pure, even tho they are not. If a male athlete came out as *** in baseball, football, basketball or hockey....and was currently playing, that player would receive so much abuse, death threats, ostrasized to the point of quiting. The fact that a female athlete came out, has little impact on sports.

Ranked #3 in the nation. A team that has a weak defense. Can't run the ball. Can't put the ball in the endzone when it counts. 0 for 3 in the redzone. Poor kicking game. Beat in almost every category today. Just admit your team is overrated. It will be alright. Michigan needs a lot of help in their final game before the big ten season. Quit worrying about purdue or ohio state. You have to play your game first. Question is....can you?

didn't you watch the Ohio State game?? Michigan State was killing the buckeyes in the first half. The turning point for the Michigan State season was the blocked field goal at the end of that half that led to an ohio state touchdown.

I would normally say I'm not worried too much about Northwestern as our next game, but holy hell did they spank MSU yesterday. I hope our offense can keep up next week. Michigan State is in a world of hurt now. They are self-destructing on themselves. After all, Michigan State Football Team = Detroit Lions

He's exactly what ND needed. the "greatest game ever played" will be replaced next weekend IF michigan wins. Notice the avater is back up and running. Unfortunately, the avater and michigan season will turn back south when they play at iowa next weekend.
