IMO, i think the lions should stay where they are and draft a defensive back. I think huff from texas would be the most valuable to the team. I have always liked Jimmy Williams from VT. If the lions moved up to the #2 slot tho, I would draft D'brick. Offensive line needs more help than the defensive line.

i think if any conference got screwed....it was the ACC. Traditionally one of the best conferences out there...and they only get 4 teams. Missouri Valley snagged 4 seeds.

while i agree wholeheartedly on this issue of an athlete's family receiving money is ridiculous...I do know that this topic will get some interesting feedback from Michigan fans. I am just glad things are solid for the green and white.

they are limiting the amount of pitches a pitcher can make in these games. Thats why even if you have a great performance by a pitcher in this tournament, the pitcher will eventually be replaced.

i think billy volek is the most likely quarterback added to the lions. the falcons want to keep schaub in the event vick gets injuried. The titans are looking for mcnair's apprentice and it could very well be jay cutler on draft day. If those events fall in place, then the lions should sign volek and see what martz can do with him.

One of my early memories of baseball was when my dad took me to a tigers game at old tiger stadium. The twins and tigers were always fighting for the divison title. We managed to get lower seats by the right base line and got their early to watch practice. Kirby Puckett was the man in Minnesota and spent some time even in a road stadium, to sign autographs and baseballs. I still have a Kirby Puckett autographed baseball. Thanks Kirby for making this young baseball fan's day that day. I couldn't help but cry when I heard the news tonight. Rest in peace forever Kirby. One of baseball's really good guys.

the big ten champs wont be decided until the tournament. In college basketball, the season means very little. Penn State, Purdue, Northwestern can still be big ten champs. Plus both Illinois and Iowa have the same amount of wins as Ohio State. Ohio State played one fewer game then those teams. I dont know how or why, it just happened.
