There really needs to just be one thread for articles that are allegedly dissin' the Wings. That way everyone who gets their panties in a bunch can be confined to one thread.

7-0 without a doubt. Chasing one of the greatest goalies ever and the Avs had a better (and healthy) team. Last night was impressive, but not like the 2002 game was.

I'm sure Q just enjoyed being the Wings ***** so much when he was in St. Louis he figured he'd keep up the tradition in Colorado.

There's a pretty good mix of hockey fans down here, most of them Stars fans (obviously). But since I live in a college town, there's kids from all over. And, since I play hockey there's always people at the rink to talk with. One guy on my team is an Avs fan, I'm going to have some fun with him

If the Wings were down 0-2 right it would be complete and utter meltdown mode around here. Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria!

For the 05-06 season he was in the AHL. Not sure about 06-07, there's nothing for that season on his NHLPA page.

No. Nashville may be the weakest team in the playoffs, or at least the West based on their regular season performance. But, they always seem to raise their game when they play the Wings.

Yeah, I know I really worry about what the casual fan might think after watching one game. I can just imagine this casual fan's train of thought... "You know, I was about to become a Detroit Red Wings fan, but then I heard the guy on CBC say that Datsyuk got lucky. Screw that! I don't want to be a fan anymore."
