Funny how teams forget that. Kind of like what DMac said a while back..."hockey players have long memories..." Guess refs are the same way. Whodathunk?

I know. Makes me scratch my head and wonder. I mostly can't even come in here, because win or lose, there's always a goalie debate. I realize that the goalie that played that game is worthy of the thread, but it's the same bunch of folks going over the same tired ground after every game.

Just got back from the game. Man, the first 2 periods I thought the Wings were going to implode. Bad passing, unbelievable turnovers (Nick had a few ), sslllooowww to the puck, basically lazy and pretty sucky. Then they flipped the switch and pulled it together. I think i lost my voice screamin MUUUULE. I think I ruptured something screaming BEERRRRT. It's always nice to go down to the Joe. It's even better when they win.

Got tix. Section 208. I will lose my voice as usual. This should be a doosey. Wings win in regulation 4-2 (3-2 + empty netter ((hank)) ). Lots of calls and the sin bins have a revolving door.

This. It's the internet, though. There are bound to be some folks that sit at their keyboard, knowing they'll never actually be face to face with anyone they ever argue with (or flame) here, which means they don't have to have any manners, social skills or sense. Feeding flames and trolls is hard to avoid sometimes, though. That's what make this forum so much fun. It's like watching a freak-show parade right before your very eyes. It's on us as individuals if we choose to let it piss us off.

I will be at a Civil War reenactment at Wolcott Mill Metropark from Friday afternoon till Sunday afternoon. Pretty sure a bunch of us are going to go AWOL Friday night and slither over to Buffalo Wild Wings at 26 Mile and Van Dyke to watch the opener.

That game made me a J-Ho fan for life. I nearly forgot how pissed it made me when that little pus filled polyp Crosbitch repeatedly cross checking Hank, pulling his hat off (and what, gonna try and cross check him in the head......naw, not even Crosbitch would sink that low)but then YES! Another cross check. The only thing that pisses me off more is that the refs did nothing. Good on Jimmy for wiping the snot out of Syndi's little girl nose.
