lol, yeah, in first person, at events, wash day is a stroll through the nearest body of water. Washing clothes and a bath consists of whatever happens to get wet. My group does Some Federal events as the 22nd Michigan, but mostly as the Confederate 8th Arkansas. I am a big on the idea of States' rights.

I'm a Civil War reenactor. We wear wool socks, wool pants, wool jackets...all summer long....

It's about those parents with their panties in a knot because of all that precious scheduled time was wasted on a kid that may not even have wanted to be there. Maybe they didn't suck at hockey. They just think their parents suck?

Unfortunately, many women and girls are just that...puckbunnies. They bring the wrath of the stereotype on all women. That's what makes real women and girls that love, understand, and are true fans of the game something special. Heroes. Goddesses. God's gift, etc. Not all puckbunnies are female. Plenty of males at games that have absolutely no clue as to what's going on on the ice. Maybe they're there for the cute guys too.

Excellent point! They just need to change something. Doesn't really matter what...just change something. Allowing outside influences effect the game...yo, even the spirit of Hockey is blasphemous. *..It's such a violent game. can't we stop all this fighting? What is it teaching our kids and what does it say about us as a society? *..What can we do to bring in new fans? No fighting is Pee Wee league...let's do some Pee Wee shootouts! (note: eventually we can water the game down so much that we won't need to produce losers. Everyone will be happy little winners with a warm fuzzy sense of entitlement because we're all equal in everything.
