Flip is the future of this franchise or a trade bait in something much more important. as for Wings goalies... we need a guy who doesn't loose games by himself and that's it. but he doesn't have to win them - our F will get the job done in this area. so far Oz is not this guy but Conklin seems to be able to do so. Oz has more playoff experience but whether he is on his best level come April... we'll see. our G future right now is McCollum. we can go with underrated goalies for some more years until McCollum develops into NHL regular. and he will likely be our future. meanwhile it's gonna be next Osgoods, Conklins, Legaces, Wreggets, Ranfords... Holland proved multiple times that this works

I'm personally fed up with NHL broadcast shoving him into my throat each single time it's possible or impossible. that's just beyond ridiculity, even more if you consider how little media attention guys like Malkin, Ovechkin or Datsyuk draw, while their skills are not really that far from Sindy or even better. truth being said, Crosby is a solid player who has been unlucky to have the burden of media attention. and this whiny Therrien b* as his coach. if Penguins had Iron Mike or Hitch on their bench we could all see Croby becoming a player of different dimension. point taken, though, I should myself admit I'm not that much of Crosby hater as am the Sindy hype hater. beg to disagree. it's not just Crosby but it was all about Penguins etc. and if you really don't see Crosby love fest this let's take another example: turn on the next Penguins game and count how many times and how much Piiiiiere and "Annoying voice" Emrick talk about Crosby and Malkin. I bet the discrepancy will easily reach 3:1 ratio. and please don't tell me Malkin is that much worse than Sindy. nothing beats previous Winter Classic when Penguins were playing Sabres. there really was barely anything else than Sindy in that broadcast. and I bet Piiiiere orgasmed multiple times when Sindy scored that penalty goal. but truth being said: I'm not really into complaining but NBC was partial in that recent game. they always are when it comes to Wings against Penguins. Emrick and Piiiiere are also particulary brutal when it comes to Wings against Canadian teams.

my understading of Swedish is zero but picture of Emma and Zata makes me think the guy is simply born under the good star... I know Pittsburgh fans tend to think of their team as god knows what but lets get the fact straight: the only thing they achieved is reaching SCF where they were schooled in first 2 games and then got pretty lucky to extend the series to 6 games. that's it. rivalry? puh-lease... let them first reach playoffs this season and then show they're competitive after 2-3 years. I'm not even talking about reaching ECF or SCF beacuse once the league jumps off Crosby d* and refs stop giving them free-go they'll colapse under own overconfidence and lack of maturity (which basically already started). I know and I'm perfectly aware why. but for me they're both foreign and have different enough accent to make it difficult to me to understand Slovak even though I get Czech (at least when it comes to hockey language ) I happen to be living in Netherlands and speaking Dutch on regular basis while also knowing German pretty well. both are quite similar languages but if you learned German only (like me when I first came to NL) then no way in hell you'll understand Dutch without prior workout. not at all. but most Dutch people do understand German pretty easily and vice versa. same goes to Spanish and Portuguese which are lexically extremely similar languages (I mean: if you pick dictionaries of both they look almost the same ). but while my Spanish is quite good both written and spoken I can understand a lot of written Portuguese but when it comes to spoken language I simply give up. I have no clue what they're talking about. nothing. niets. nic. nada. I'd rather skip the examples here if you don't mind

I'm curious too. I'm Polish and my understanding of Czech is quite fine but I have no effin clue what Hossa is talking about in the first video, while I'm almost sure I'd understand most of this text if that was Czech. as for understanding... common language of Czechoslovakia was Czech and Slovaks had to speak Czech back then. I'd bet Hossa does speak Czech if he wants but the main question here is whether he wants. within Wings room I'd guess it's English. outside... probably both Czech and Slovak, meaning Huds is going with Czech and Hossa in Slovak as long as it's understandible.
