why do you think their fans are guilty of the crap the team has done. and that a server where half of the league fans are jumping now must accept the generated bandwidth (which is pressumably why the admins temporarily locked registration). we have our opinion, they have theirs. I guess some of them do see that what Flames have done today is wrong. some may even admit it. but many will stick to their team to the bitter end. which is exactly what many Wings fans here would do. exactly the same.

I want suspension to Igoonla and a huge fine to Playfair (or suspension if it is technically possible). and I want to see Wings wining it tomorrow. having said that - I lost all respect to this organization. Armstrong was running like crazy yesterday and looking to bump Sens players. from what I've seen the hit on Eaves wasn't overly dirty, but I'd have to view it in detail to say more. as for the Armstrong himself... he was put there to compensate for the crap Neil and other Sens goons started in 1st. and he was making it tough all 2nd long (didn't watch 3rd though, so I can't say). too bad Malkin was brutal yesterday, because he virtually cost Pens a goal and from then on it went downward(sp)

I'd love to share your optimism here. however, after seeing how teams like Philly or Sharks fared against us, I'm far from being positive here. we hold our own against Flames because they lack discipline. but against a team that makes it really rough and plays on the edge of rules (or refs "move" the edge) we're pretty f*d IMHO. we're gonna suffer if we meet a team that plays really tough game. it's playoffs and zebras tend to swallow their whistles. and with clear advantage in physical department, other teams will have a lot of success in neutralizing our forwards. not even to mention this is best-of-seven, which means we'd have to play "bullies" on a number of games. this would veery much wear Wings down. hate to be an ass, but I don't see our physicality as an advantage. so far in Flames series we showed intensity, good jump and quite tough play. but if we advance to next round and face a team like Sharks, it's gonna be much worse and we'll need a lot of discipline and good penalty drawing to stay at our game and not get banged

if Sutter is in we drag this series to at least 6 games. that would be a bold move and a big shakeup, but I bet there would be an instant effect and the Flames would start rolling like crazy. and frankly, Sutter has brains and could very well tie this series and give his team a good chance to advance. and he really has nothing to lose. Playfair's been clueless in JLA this series and his Flames played without any teamwork. I can see them better in Saddledome(sp?), but Babs will once again outcoach Fairplay and if Wings come out flying, I can't see Flames winning this game. I don't want Sutter there. this instantly decreases our chance to finish this series relatively quick and even adds a non-insignificant risk of losing it. say what you want, but Sutter is very smart and has good understanding of playoff game

I guess they all want a spot on Team Canada roster for Winter Olympics :D that's nice, though

McAmmond won it! and Armstrong rocked Eaves. and I really find it difficult to feel for Sens. the more I watch them, the more I want Pens to kick them off the playoffs. and those guys at HNIC with their Ottawa bias make me want it even more
