yes, because he's yet another creation of instigator penalty. talentwise a mediocre player, which excels at s***ty play and makes other teams hate him. an evolution of a player like Maltby - but more reckless and with much less respect to other players. a little more hockey-skilled than Tootoo but it's the same kind

why is it that every crap against the Wings come either from Blues media or from Canadian media? don't buy it. dito to that. some people are unable to follow a civilized discussion. and these are often Wings fans who goon valuable people coming from other "directions". not to mention, some posters have even a habit of gooning other Wings fans who don't jump common bandwaggon (like Todd-Bertuzzi-loveboat or kill-Tootoo-bashdwaggon). have your opinion, but let the others have theirs. the fact that some player is on another team which doesn't play Wings-like figure-skating-zero-toughness style of hockey does not make him crap. and the fact that someone wears Winged Wheel does not necessarily translate into him being a saint or have skills of Howe-Orr-Lemieux combined as for Tootoo - he's very effective in current NHL, but whether there's enough skill to keep him in the league once instigator is gone (which will hopefully come some day) - I'd not bet my money on this. I'm not saying he can't play hockey, just questioning the ability to reach the minimal level to play in the NHL. my 0.02$

everything depends on the 1st round matchup. and I'd not dare to make any guesses now when it's uncertain whom we could play. if we meet Dallas, Dives (just for the "history" factor) we can have a strong run Flames may be more difficult to beat. Minny is a wildcard. Backstrom looks real and they play a system we're not exactly strong against. but... they're first time here and this could favor us Sharks are a big risk for Wings. they may blow but may also bubble. very difficult to predict. skillwise they'll be a huge obstacle Canucks - they'll beat us in 5 games if we don't miraculously find our PP. Luongo will be a horror in this playoffs IMHO truth being said, except for Dallas with Marty Turco there's no team in the West that Detroit can easily beat. and with Stars I'm not even so sure (they stil have Barry who can play high level)

except for his "punk" skills Tootoo has few NHL-level abilities to bring to his team. and if he finds his Scott Stevens who injures him for some period and makes him later s*** his pants before doing any dirty crap - Tootoo is gone. the little pest is pretty much working for this.

stop crying babies. we did not deserve a win in this game and this Bacarashua(sp) kid had a strong game. does it really count? we're in playoffs already. who cares about some regular season game. and the refs... who the f* told you they're gonna call our game in playoffs. and most certainly not if we play any Canadian team or any team south of Chicago... live with this. we didn't look like a winner here, and the game is pretty irrelevant.

oh my... a news about fighting and the NHL-worst in this department Wings on the pic. sounds to me like Jenna Jameson in mormon temple, Woody Paige and unbiased opinions or Jordin Tootoo and clean game... TSN really does everything possible against the Wings

since when are the Olympic games great? has anything changed in hockey and bunches of guys playing together for 2 weeks do make a team and present some level of teamwork? I mean, sure, for those dumbasses in media who know s*** about the game but only want big names to blow news - yeah, Olympics is great. but this is a team game and it is much better if you have a real team than a bunch of poster-boys. and yeah... fighting is sooooo ugly... meanwhile sucker-punches like Neil or coward bulls*** like Tootoo is fine... bravo! bravo! bravo!
