I have the same thing, though I'm pretty sure it's not Meniere's Disease. I used to get dizzy and be out for the day (until I sleep, I feel better and can open my eyes after that) about 2-3 times a year growing up. Now it happens maybe once a year. Hasn't happened in a while, that I can think of... *knocks on wood*

I'm so pissed that I won't be in attendance to witness hockey history.... I graduated from U-M this past semester, but now I am in Boston doing grad school, and final exams are the week immediately following the Big Chill, so I will not be able to go I sold my ticket to a fellow Wolverine, so it's all good GO BLUE!

actually, it might be a "tad" more realistic if I have the Preds and the Hawks switched... 18 for 15... I forgot how much the Preds lost this offseason (mainly Hamhuis, and Ellis)

this a very said fact of life =/ good thing we haven't played the Leafs in a game that's meant anything to either team (well, maybe it has to the Loafs), since the early 90s playoffs... but that's when I was fortunately too young to understand what was happening in the world of hockey! all I have is YouTube and Wikipedia to experience the shock, shame, and sadness of a playoff loss to TML

sadly I was only 10 years old in '97... I was a huge Red Wings fan already (family loves hockey), but I was paying attention to Michigan football though, so that was a cool New Years (98)! I have since attended University of Michigan and just graduated this year, and I played in the Hockey Pep Band all 5 years I was there.... so I wish I would've been more cognizant of the Michigan Hockey team back in the day... haha

The Canucks didn't beat Detroit in '94 (we lost to the Sharks) ... unless you were referring to the 94-95 season, in which case you are correct.
