Yeah, some of that can be taken as threats, assuming it even got read to that point. I'm sure whoever goes through those emails probably read the first line, figured it was some disgruntled Red Wings fan and hit the "delete" button. I'm 99.99% certain Bettman or any of his minions never saw it.

Agreed. The best thing the Wings can do is end this thing on Wednesday and send the Blackhawks to the golf course on Thursday morning. Message sent.

Excellent work!! Did you see the look on the Blackhawk player's face on the extreme far left? I think it's Buttfuglyen (or however you spell his name). Priceless!! Just a note on Kronwall's hit - amazing how, two days later, the only people who are saying it was a dirty hit are the Blackhawks and their media slappies. The announcers, the majority of Blackhawks fans, Detroit's media and nearly all of Detroit's fans (except for one woman yesterday on the radio who says Kronner is a dirty player and who compelled me to call and defend my gender) say it was a clean hit and mostly Havlat's fault since he didn't have his head up. -

Same here, but I'm manually bypassing the warning. Still at the top of my window there's a bright red bar that says "Reported Attack Site!" Anyway, with regard to the game - forgive me for not reading through the entire GDT, but this game so far is a bunch of BULLs***!!! FIVE penalties, one for four minutes and another for five minutes!! They were shorthanded almost the entire period!! And don't even get me started on the penalty call on Kronwall - that was even more BS - IT WAS A FREAKING CLEAN HIT!!! Does the NHL want the Wings to lose THIS badly?? I would think they'd be practically orgasmic about a rematch between the Wings and darling Cindy. The good news is there's still two periods to play and plenty of time to turn this thing around. But the Wings are going to have to be super-vigilant when it comes to taking penalties - they absolutely need to stay out of the box! -

For me, here in Detroit, the game WAS supposed to be on Versus, but for some reason it's blacked out, so it's going to be on FSD. The Tigers, who were originally supposed to be on FSD tonight, were moved to FSD Plus on digital cable, which we don't get cuz we don't have digital cable. And my dad is mad. Tell me, what's more important - a Red Wings playoff game (and potential series-clincher) or a regular-season Tigers game?

It's been a while since I posted, but of course I had to come and c heck out the Photoshop Wars - they're every bit as good as in years past! LOVE them! Here's a contribution - I couldn't make the hockey sticks work in place of the wands, unfortunately.

Just like a couple of years ago when they had a press conference "regarding the future of Steve Yzerman." We all knew they wouldn't have a presser just to announce Stevie was coming back for another season, just as now it's doubtful tomorrow's presser is to announce Dom's coming back. I would bet cash money that it's to announce his retirement. He had a great career, will be in the Hall of Fame and was a really good team guy - especially this year. Instead of whining about being pulled in favor of Ozzie, Dom became Ozzie's biggest cheerleader. Even Ozzie said he handled his deposition with real class and it strengthened their friendship. And I read that Cheli's coming back...he's willing to accept a reduced role with the Wings, and the Wings want him back. A contract could be done as early as this week.

I haven't heard anything either. Usually they had it on the evening of Parade day (I remember the guys all looked a little sunburned, especially Draper...lol) but this year there's been no mention of it. Today was locker clean-out day and they took their team picture. All that's left before they part ways for the summer is their team golf outing (if they have one). Maybe they won't have a season ticket holder rally this time. I still hope they do...I used to love the speeches, like in 2002 when Shanny wrote the speech for Steve Duchesne with all those S-words after Duchesne lost all his front teeth when he took a puck to the mouth! That was a classic, hysterical moment!
