Ya I watched him during the world juniors and the memorial cup. He's got great wheels and his playmaking is also very good, I'd like to see them try him on Stamkos's line. -

They're great in the regular season but not as usefull in the playoffs.

I didn't know that, thats good news. That means either play him or trade him. -
It sounds to me like he will only sign on with a team that will give him the starting job. The question is will he return to form after his hiatus.

Apparently we traded the 18th overall pick to sjs, but what did we get for that?

To me this guy should be at the top of our list when free agency opens. He's big, he's mean and he scores ugly goals in front of the net. He hasn't had enough success to command big dollars and he's exactly what this team needs.

Howard has to outplay Crawford by a farely large margin for Wings to have a chance. He didn't really elevate his game against the Ducks like I thought he would. That being said I think the Hawks win in 6 games, i hope i'm wrong. -

They haven't been able to hold leads all season. They wont be around long if this trend continues. I'm not really blaming Howard, but great goalies make big saves when their teams really need them. He really needs to shut the door in OT or we're screwed. -
Tatar better get called up and Babs better play him and sit Cleary and/or Filp.

The fact of the matter is they should both be playing in the NHL right now and guys like Cleary and filp should be gone. Neither of these guys are going to develop further in the AHL, they can only get better now while playing against NHL players day in and day out. -

I watched the replay, Datsyuk was right behind that guy and would have been able disrupt him if he tried to shoot. Abby has to stay on his guy and let the goalie take the shot, any coach will tell you that.

Abby leaves his man and they score on the rebound. I don't know what he was thinking there.

Ya Nyquist could become an important to us down the road, but Tatar is more of what we need now.

Ya I have to agree with you, Tatar looks far more NHL ready than Nyquist. Why they sent him down is beyond me. He was scoring goals and he pressures the puck pretty good as well. We're having trouble scoring goals, he should be here and he should be playing with Datsyuk and/or Zetterberg. He has way better finish than Abby and Cleary.

Pathetic, this team can't hold leads. they don't deserve to make the playoffs the way they have played the last seven games.
